Wireless The lifeblood of Future Cities

Future City with garden

As cities become more and more dependent on integrated systems they also increase their need for mobile access to those systems.

Wireless, in all its forms from radio to free space optical, are an essential element of our future cities regardless of the current state of communications networks available.

In well developed urban areas with high deployment of fibre and cable the need for access to mobile connectivity dictates the need for wireless.

In emerging economies the need for a quickly deployed network also points to wireless but with the inclusion of free space optical services.
